1. About the Platform
450Volts Link (“App”) is operated by 450 HIGH VOLT LTD (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”).
The App connects home owners with vetted electrical engineers and genuine material suppliers. We provide a digital marketplace. We do not directly provide electrical services unless clearly stated.
By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You must provide accurate and truthful information.
- Engineers must provide valid professional credentials.
- Suppliers must provide valid business documentation.
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraud or abuse.
3. Platform Role
450 HIGH VOLT LTD acts only as a technology platform.
We:
- Facilitate connections between users
- Provide listings and messaging tools
- Enable transaction processing
We do not:
- Guarantee service quality
- Guarantee product authenticity beyond verification checks
- Supervise electrical work on-site
- Act as an employer of engineers
Agreements for services or product sales are made directly between users.
4. Payments and Commission
The platform may process payments between users.
We charge a 5% commission on each completed transaction processed through the App.
- Users must not bypass the platform to avoid commission.
- Commission fees are non-refundable once service is completed.
- Payment disputes may be reviewed by the Company.
Payment processing may involve third-party providers.
5. Prohibited Conduct
Users must not:
- Provide false licenses or credentials
- Engage in fraud or scams
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
- Upload harmful software
- Use the platform for illegal purposes
Violations may result in permanent suspension.
6. Ratings and Reviews
Users may leave ratings and reviews. Reviews must be truthful and respectful. We may remove content that violates these Terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
Electrical work involves risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 450 HIGH VOLT LTD is not responsible for:
- Injuries or property damage
- Financial losses
- Service delays
- Third-party misconduct
Our total liability shall not exceed the commission earned from the transaction in dispute.
8. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, legal reasons, or security risks.

9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda. Any disputes shall be resolved under Ugandan law.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.
